Student survey
Download and revise the sample student survey to suit local school context and upload your final survey to the Google Drive for Session 2.
Publish your survey through an online survey tool such as SurveyMonkey and administer to a random, representative sample of students across year levels.
Teacher survey
Download and revise the sample teacher survey to fit school / staff context and upload your final survey to the Google Drive for Session 2.
Publish your survey through an online survey tool such as SurveyMonkey and administer to all teachers of PDHPE.
