The reason I’ve put together this process is to try to represent how we can ensure our programs are evidence based. Within the steps of the process I’ve tried to capture the key features of Understanding by Design, Universal Design for Learning and Visible Learning.

This is the first part of the process that I use to pull together the big ideas that will drive the learning. I use these to map out a high level scope and sequence.
